Carl Dixon, one of Canada's stellar rock voices and musician who's been rocking Canada, the USA and Europe for 40 years. Carl's breakthrough came when he joined <a href="spotify:artist:7gvIFmjP5KZ9ifQt599A6B" data-name="Coney Hatch">Coney Hatch</a> in 1982, penning and singing Hey Operator, Devil's Deck, She's Gone and many more. Coney Hatch shows remain a legendary part of Canadian 80s rock scene, opening for the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:6mdiAmATAx73kdxrNrnlao" data-name="Iron Maiden">Iron Maiden</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:2tRsMl4eGxwoNabM08Dm4I" data-name="Judas Priest">Judas Priest</a>'s North American tours. Remarkably more than 40 years later, Carl's soaring vocals are stronger than ever. He and Coney band brothers still tour when schedules allow. Carl was replacement frontman in <a href="spotify:artist:0cQuYRSzlItquYxsQKDvVc" data-name="The Guess Who">The Guess Who</a> touring in that band for eight years and played in <a href="spotify:artist:1JHzh1ETQTMoFb2CgncnTL" data-name="April Wine">April Wine</a> for four years. Carl survived a catastrophic head-on MVA in 2008 and lived to tell the tale. He's penned songs for film and TV including Baywatch, Degrassi, Dawson's Creek, Jersey Girl, Netflix series and more.
