Recently awarded with the 'Cristóbal Halffter' International Composition Prize, Carlos Paterson currently participates in some of the main international organ festivals: Madrid, Firenze, Palermo, Leuven, Landsberg, Lugano, Leeds, Gdańsk and Hong-Kong.
His lectures are frequent in places such as Cervantes Institute in Brussels, Lund University in Malmø or Haydn Conservatory in Eisenstadt. He has made recordings for Rne and for the European Gramophone and Warner Classics labels.
PhD in History from Valencia University and Law Degree from UNED, he is currently a member of the Scientific Council of the IET, and he works as Professor of Organ at the Superior Conservatory and as Organist in Sacred Heart Basilica in Valencia (Spain).
