Hi! I’m a corporate millennial girl who knows all too well what it’s like to juggle a 9-to-5 job while chasing a bigger dream. No, not every 25-year-old breaks into the music industry overnight—it can take a little longer. And that’s exactly what I sing about. Through catchy melodies, playful office references, and an upbeat sound, I help you forget the daily grind and remind you there’s more to life than just work.
Despite following the ‘normal’ path—doing the ‘normal’ degrees, working the ‘normal’ job, and building a ‘normal’ life with a husband, house and a puppy —music always had a special place in my heart. And now, I’m determined to follow it. My mantra? Tay-Tay’s “I cry a lot but I am so productive.” Right? We make the best of it.
After studying at Point Blank Music School in London, and later at Wisseloord Academy in Hilversum, I came back to the Netherlands and started working with Romy Dya (Martin Garrix/David Guetta) and MAXINE (Maan/Roxeanne Hazes). With my band ‘Room for Space,’ I played at Gebr. De Nobel in 2022 and released a live EP. I even wrote the jingle "Kroegpraat" for influencer Liesbeth Rasker’s Instagram series and podcast, under the name ‘Stamgasten van de Kroeg.’
My sound is often compared to Selah Sue, Amy Winehouse, and Jamie Cullum, but I’ll let you decide that for yourself. Let’s get through this workweek together—one song at a time.
