Casey Cope is an artist, producer, and executive producer from San Leandro, CA. He creates most of his music with collaborators <a href="spotify:artist:7ENfRZiE7M0UyMrpCXAedq" data-name="Big Soda">Big Soda</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:4Ynoxedo4HwL6osbuUjmrF" data-name="Marquito">Marquito</a> which leads to an eclectic array of sounds not commonly heard in hip hop. His influences stem from Kanye, Childish Gambino, Smashing Pumpkins and The 1975, to name a few. Cope&#39;s pursuit of new sounds often results in genre-fusing amalgamations of jazz, punk, R&amp;B, and hip hop.

Casey prides himself on his live shows, having performed for over 10 years and opened for the likes of Curren$y, Rakim, and Kota The Friend.

They select the artists, produce tracks, write songs, mix the album, &amp; provide the studio space (The Q in Berkeley, CA). <a href="spotify:artist:6j7urHl3VXHKUHxOMXtdYt" data-name="Qamp">Qamp</a> album &amp; documentary is available on streaming &amp; YouTube.

Cope&#39;s strive to simply create great art is his main motive. This way of thinking propels his sound into innovative directions that still maintain a cohesive idea. Casey also takes part in every aspect of his songs, producing, mixing, and mastering almost all of his music.
