Cassidy Best is a country pop artist and prolific songwriter, hailing from just outside of Nashville in Murfreesboro, TN. As a creative spirit with a passion for performing, Cassidy began learning how to play guitar, and turning her journal ramblings into melodies at 13 years old. In 2015, Cassidy was accepted into the highly acclaimed Songwriting program at Belmont University. It was here that she honed her craft and released her heartfelt and completely solo-written album, Can’t Stay Long, in 2018. Since graduation, Cassidy has focused primarily on the writing room, and since has had a plethora of cuts with emerging artists, capturing over a million combined streams, and many debuting on CMT, Fresh Finds Country, New Boots Country and FM Radio. Now in 2024, Cassidy recently debuted her first single since 2018, “Man I Made,” that’s captured an audience of 225K collective views on Tiktok, and Worlds of Country calls “unequally authentic.” In addition to the creative side of the industry, Cassidy can also be found working with Lucky Money Entertainment as their Vice President of Live Events.
