Cassidy Karon is a Namibian Hip Hop Artist, Fashion designer, creative director, songwriter and Producer. Born in 1993 in Windhoek, Namibia, he is the last born of 3 siblings.
Cassidy Karon was introduced to the mainstream music scene in 2009 as part of multi-award-winning Hip-Hop Duo Paradox. In 2009, Paradox became the youngest nominees of the SANLAM Music Awards. In 2012, Paradox won the award for “Best Newcomers Delight” in the Hype Magazine (S.A). Another notable achievement was the appearance of Paradox on CNN`s African Voices Programme for the role they played in changing the Namibian Music scene.
In 2018, after the passing of he`s mother, Cassidy Karon started Urban Streetwear Brand //CONCEPT,
he went on to be win the award for Best Emerging Designer at the Simply You Magazine Lifestyle and
Fashion Award in 2019.In November 2019 Cassidy Karon released his debut solo album “80`s Mercedes” which was very well received and was nominated in the 2020 Namibian Annual Music Awards.

On 28 September 2021, Cassidy Karon released his sophomore album tilted Katutura`s Favorite Son featuring artists such as Kid X, DJ Spuzza, Diolini and Mabuzza. This was followed up by his 3rd Album titled "Street Light" which dropped on 29 July 2022 and features artist such as Kevo Maro, Waters, Skrypt and Showtime
