Hailing from the historic market town of Grantham Lincolnshire. Castella are carving out a name as one of the area’s most exciting emerging acts. Formed in 2023 by singer-songwriter Harry Doughty and drummer Ollie Lincoln and later forming as a four peice in 2024 with the addition of lead guitarist Sam Skeith and bassist Kev Beer.
Known for their energetic live shows and connection with local audiences, Castella have played a numerous amount of gigs across Grantham and the wider regions, building a loyal following through their shows. Their sound blends heartfelt indie rock with lyrical storytelling. In December 2025 Castella Released their debut single This Town a poignant homage to their hometown and the experiences of growing up in Grantham. The track captures the tensions of wanting to grow beyond familiar surroundings while cherishing the memories that shaped them.
