Catches & Halves is a loser punk band combining elements of 90s pop punk, skate punk and dropout hopelessness. Formed in Nowra in 2011 after being kicked out of high school, Catches & Halves has gone on to prove all of their former teachers right by becoming one of the least hard working bands in the Shoalhaven/Illawarra area, playing as many as five shows per year, travelling as far as Canberra and generally accomplishing very little in the past seven years.
Following the long-anticipated release of their self-produced single <a href="spotify:track:1HEfIQQwZOV0oGUilSRE1a" data-name="Disappointment Child">Disappointment Child</a> (from their upcoming debut album due out late 2029), Catches & Halves is finally ready to get back out there and be rejected by all local venues and promoters who don't remember (or perhaps remember far too well) the last time this juggernaut of procrastination appeared on their stages.
