Cathuspatha

Cathuspatha is a rock band from Bandung, Indonesia. Established in 2005 under the name of &#34;Vickyvette&#34; and determined to switch their name to Cathuspatha from 2012. Since then, they have issued an album called <a href="spotify:album:7i8fcltEaHrmBAwIrKgRoP" data-name="Unconscious Shimmering (2020 Remastered)">Unconscious Shimmering (2020 Remastered)</a> and <a href="spotify:album:63eXgSEWdLmX1x39O2En5R" data-name="Into the Universe (2020 Remastered)">Into the Universe (2020 Remastered)</a>.

Sparked by the name of a porn star called Vickyvette, <a href="spotify:artist:08NN3pMi2eH5QAscndxd7V" data-name="Rayhan Sudrajat">Rayhan Sudrajat</a> (guitar &amp; vocal) and Ferdi Adriansyah (bass), Prajadhipa Akbar (guitar) and Shadian Merwyn (drummer) elected the name when they lodged their application to play for the first time in their high school in 2005. At the beginning of 2008, their song, <a href="spotify:track:5dZwCFBDk4ZYwRWrg5NvSJ" data-name="Unlimited Loyalty">Unlimited Loyalty</a> has selected as one of the songs in the national indie band competition called LA Lights Indiefest Volume 3. In the middle of 2009, Ferdi has left, and the position had replaced by Mario Panji.

In the beginning of 2010, &#34;Unconscious Shimmering&#34; has released worldwide. After released their first debut, Mario decided to leave, and his position had replaced by Adhit Android for a while before Ferdi re-assigned as a supplementary player. At the end of 2010, they have released their first EP called &#34;Into the Universe&#34;, that has published by Loud for Goodness.

In 2012, the band decided to change their name to &#34;Cathuspatha&#34;. Later on, Adithya Prawira united in 2012, and they had already recorded their material for a next EP before the band decided to hiatus for uncertain time. Finally, in 2021, they will release the material to the public.
