Wizdom was born on February 27, 1998 in Durban, South Africa and raised in Johannesburg East, South Africa. He has always had a ear for music even while his family's not intuitively music oriented. His real name is Henk Oelofse and he grew up only on the Afrikaans language, Wizdom started learning English immensely around the age of 16.
At the age of 12, he started producing beats and at 18, his first recording studio session.
Any genre of music that's good for his soul has been a go-to but activism in the entertainment industry has had a latch on Wizdom for quite the time. He found his inspiration throughout listening to artists like Raekwon, Kendrick Lamar, J Cole and Travis Scott.
He produces, writes, executes and engineers all his own songs.
Wizdom is quiet when it comes to crowded rooms but speaks his mind when locked in the studio
