Jersey girl born & raised, Cayla Casler is a singer-songwriter who’s making her mark in R&B Pop, with a writing style that is creatively associated with “glitter gel pens”. Destined to be part of the music business, Cayla went to college to study Music Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. With her newfound knowledge, she wrote and released her first single “Lately,” which charted at #1 on Quadio. Cayla continued to write at school where she wrote & produced her first ep It Didn’t Matter Anyway.
Upon graduating, Cayla dove headfirst into artist management working with 2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Famers <a href="spotify:artist:2jgPkn6LuUazBoBk6vvjh5" data-name="The Zombies">The Zombies</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:27DCwiPx5ocQsf4K43SlIL" data-name="Colin Blunstone">Colin Blunstone</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:603Q8uOwTjPYqTTBfwF8pZ" data-name="Bruce Sudano">Bruce Sudano</a> all of whom have become huge inspirations and supporters of her music career and journey. She even shared the stage with Bruce Sudano during some shows he did early 2024 opening for The Zombies, where Cayla had the opportunity to sing a duet with Sudano for his song “Two Bleeding Hearts.”
Though she loves her role in management, songwriting and singing has always been something essential to her. It’s her biggest escape, most reliable confidant, something that’s pure to her and her feelings, and is something she wants to share with people to escape their realities or dive deeper into them with her. Drawing inspiration from SZA, Jon Bellion, Ariana Grande, and Yebba.
