Tom Caterina and Peter Cullinane first met in first grade at St. Mary's School, and Rich Dunn joined the group in second grade. So, they've known each other for quite some time. Their musical journey began with a shared love for many of the same artists—The Beatles, The Rolling Stones (yes, both), Bowie, Dylan, and a whole range of others, too many to list.
They picked up guitars in their early teens, starting with the basics: cinder-block basements, Marshall stacks, ear-splitting volume, and, of course, "Smoke on the Water." There were times when they lost touch, but the music never stopped. Each continued writing and recording their own songs, navigating careers, family, and life’s other demands. Eventually, they reconnected and formed CCD, and have been creating and recording music together for over 15 years.
It's in their blood. The variety of styles and genres they explore has something for everyone. So, listen up—the music is still coming.
