Ceci Zavala

Combining her South Texas roots and passion for community, Laredo, Texas, raised Ceci Zavala brings a fresh new sound to the Latin music scene. Ceci’s passion for the performing arts started from a young age. Artists such as Selena Quintanilla, Shania Twain, and Ariana Grande among others have been an inspiration to Ceci Zavala due to their musical ability and connection to her roots. Ceci Zavala grew up attending her father’s onstage performances since the early age of 6 years old. This helped shape her hard-working attitude and desire to become a recording artist.
Upon moving to San Antonio and within the last five years, she has been the lead singer for multiple local San Antonia bands. She began as a member of “Finding Friday” for four years and then became the lead singer in the high energy bands “E7” and “Bump Latino”  
In 2019, Ceci was invited by cumbia artist, DJ Cesar K-OSO to collaborate on two tracks with him, “The Middle” and “Donde Quiera Que Estes” both receiving radio airplay in various Texas markets.
Ceci was then invited to participate in the popular NETFLIX original series, SING ON! Season 3. Filmed in London in November of 2019 Ceci placed 2nd overall in the competition.
“Tik Tok” is her latest music release released on Sept 25th, 2020. Originally covered by Pop star KESHA, Ceci’s electro-cumbia will have people dancing at home, outside, or wherever they hear the track.
