Cecil & Delilah are 6 friends making harmony laden folk-rock and dreaming of eco-socialism.
After meeting at Oberlin College and moving to Washington, D.C., Ben Gilvar-Parke, Yael Reichler and Julian Bregstone came together to lay the foundations of the band. Bregstone later brought in his former <a href="spotify:artist:54aOiSwK2HpnyPoyJw7lJh" data-name="Cool Baby">Cool Baby</a> bandmate Ian Donaldson, and Reichler and Gilvar-Parke recruited their neighbors Laney Delaney and Paul Mooney.
Through their eclectic instrumentation, arresting vocal harmonies, and strong lyrical storytelling, Cecil & Delilah piques the interest of listeners from across folk, country, rock and indie pop dispositions.
Their debut EP is slated to release in fall 2024.
