Cenation

Olayinka Oluwatoyin popularly known as Cenation also known as Preacher to the Cenas is a music creative, who started his journey into the music scene as a freestyler in high school.
He formed a 3-man band in class, which consisted of himself, a drummer and a hypeman. They performed various covers of popular songs back then.

This however creates a fusion between ‘new skool’ and ‘old skool’ to his audience.

In 2018, <a href="spotify:artist:7lwsLkTc9PpmQMSIpWHWwL" data-name="Cenation">Cenation</a> did a cover to a popular Nigerian hiphop song “Para” by <a href="spotify:artist:57sSJWl4sn1n8mKqayW2pp" data-name="Jhybo">Jhybo</a>; <a href="spotify:artist:57sSJWl4sn1n8mKqayW2pp" data-name="Jhybo">Jhybo</a> loved the cover so much that he reached out to <a href="spotify:artist:7lwsLkTc9PpmQMSIpWHWwL" data-name="Cenation">Cenation</a> to feature on the remix.
Cenation has worked on different genres of music like dancehall, afro beats, hip hop, pop, spoken word poetry, drill etc.
