Welcome to the official artist channel for Ceramic Stringz who is a music producer, songwriter, composer & studio engineer. Aka, Sam Crawford. Sam has had a love for music, from a young age where he learnt to play piano by ear, he is self taught.
At 21 Sam was awarded a scholarship at the prestiges ACM, where he spent five years studying music production & music business. During his time at ACM, Sam met @EdSheeran, Amelle Berrabah, @JazzyJeff, @PublicEnemy to name but a few. Whilst studying, Ivor Novella award winner Pete Kirtley took Sam under his wing alongside the owner of ACM, Phil Brookes.
Sam is fascinated with the sounds of strings and keys and their sonic capability.
Sam has worked for Ray Keith, Supafly before meeting Simon Britton and Cliff Randall. Over the years Sam has met and interviewed Harvey Goldsmith, Jonathan Shalit, Sir Harry Cowell, Rod Gammons, Barry Coffing, Natricia Bernard.
Sam owns Street Level Music Group, a recording studio and production company that has a record label. Sam is raising money so that he can further fund his longterm plans, which is to support young people who suffer from ADHD, he is raising money to build a dedicated space across Northampton and Milton Keynes with a suite of studios, offices that will sit alongside open access education tailored at those who suffer from learning disabilities, the sole purpose is to help other people discover how they turn this to a super power.
