Cerril

Cerril didn't have a traditional start with music. His love for the art form stemmed from his youth and love for poetry in the 90's. Heavily influenced by his mothers affinity for Rap, Hip-Hop and R&B. His approach to his own creative process blends real life experiences into rhymes, and expresses the most vulnerable parts of his psyche with his supporters.

Cerril states he doesn't rap for money or fame, he does it to keep himself sane:
“These are the stores I have, these recordings are me being honest with myself, truly my therapy" - Cerril

With no prior knowledge of how to make music or videos, Cerril enrolled himself into college in order to obtain the skills he knew he needed to be successful in the music industry. Full Sail University, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Recording Arts. Cerril recorded, mixed, directed, and edited all of his own music. During his tenure he created 4 Music Videos, 3 EP's, 2 Singles, and 1 Remix.

After graduating Cerril moved to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to his family and start his grind on the West Coast. He has been doing live performances and has plans for plenty of features and music to close out 2024
