Chandler Darren Comer (b. 1996) known mononymously as CHANDLER, is an American singer, rapper, songwriter, composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Centreville, Virginia. A classically trained musician, Chandler began writing music at the age of 12 for his school band, and had his first composition performed at the age of 13, and published at the age of 14. At the age of 17, he began making beats, recording songs and developing his style as a pop artist. His music draws from the catchy, energetic sounds of modern pop songwriting, as well as the classy retro elements of jazz, funk, lounge, and 90’s hip hop. All of his music is self-produced and recorded, and he frequently showcases his guitar, piano, trumpet, and trombone playing skills on his records. Chandler cites artists such as Billy Joel, Justin Timberlake, Foster the People, Anderson Paak, and Jon Bellion as his biggest musical influences.
