Chanel Drip

Born and raised in Texas, Chanel Drip grew up wanting to make a difference in her community. She released her first single in 2021 on SoundCloud and has been cultivating a creative community since. In her younger years, Chanel fell in love with theater, poetry, literature, dancing, and music; she would often perform at events hosted in her hometown. Chanel's childhood favorites are Missy Elliot, Kelis, Eminem, Nicki Minaj, and more. Currently, Chanel's list has also grown to admire artists like Teyana Taylor, Doja Cat, Saweetie, Little Simz, Smino, and more.

Chanel was introduced to rapping after needing an outlet to deal with the stresses of running her vegan Cosmetic Line, called Cla'ssé Cosmetics. She continues to use music as a way to express her thoughts, & feelings while using it as a tool to nurture herself. Her effortless, aggressive but nurturing flow carries wisdom & is charged with confidence & ambition. Chanel's presence has been growing quickly since the drop of her single "Chanel Drip", on SoundCloud, using her platform to spread affirmations, knowledge, and experience through her music, and social media.
