Charlene Song

Charlene Song is a Korean-American graphic designer/marketer turned musical artist based in Orange County, California. She was born and raised in Northern California and relocated to Southern California in 2012 to move one step closer to pursuing her musical dreams. A love for singing entered her life when she was 15 years old and a desire to sing worship music started to grow in her heart after receiving and recognizing she had been given a gift for song by God after praying for the ability to sing. Not having been born into a musical family or perceived as having any significant musical gifting at a young age, she came into professional singing later in life. She serves as a background vocalist and occasional worship leader at Emmaus Church in Santa Ana, California. An alumna of the University of California, Davis, Charlene attended the university on a Regents Scholarship, majoring in Spanish language and literature.


Born in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic and recorded remotely at Grant Sonn and Charlene Song’s studios in the UK and the United States, “So Into You” is Song’s debut commercial track scheduled for worldwide release on July 6, 2020, and the first song from an upcoming Album with Grant Sonn Productions. The song has already debuted on Switchradio UK and is quickly gaining radio airplay and media interest worldwide.
