Charles Butler is one of Nashville’s leading progressive banjo players. Over the years he has made his mark performing with an eclectic list of musical acts, including Langhorne Slim, Beats Antique, The Tom Peng Newgrass Band and The Nashville Symphony Chorus, with whom he will perform at Carnegie Hall in early 2024. Currently, Charles lends his banjo picking to the bands Kristy Cox & Grasstime and The Rebecca Frazier Band, as well as leading his own group, Easy Green.
