Charlie began releasing music in 2019 after being hit by a hit and run driver that left him near death. While recovering, he used songwriting to channel the intense emotions he experienced after the accident; gratefulness to be alive, suffering, sadness, hope and joy. His unique guitar finger picking style was developed while figuring out how to play guitar with broken fingers.
Charlie now records and performs back in his home town San Diego.
