Solo artist based in Montreal, Charlotte Renaud experiments with the genres of folk, blues and soft rock to materialize all that she feels into sound. As a multi-instrumentalist, Charlotte’s greatest and most proficient instrument is - and always will be - her voice. Inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell and Jeff Buckley, her lyrics are born from her poetry, offering her songs a unique cadence. Rooted in nostalgia, her debut single “The River” is a testimony to growing up. Her art is a kind of anti-performance - an attestation to how there is nothing more real than the moments she spends with music.
