The Harlots latest release the ‘You're In Trouble / Dirty Blonde’ b-sides from the 2022 debut album ‘Everything You Are To Me’ are two songs we love. They just didn't make the cut for the album first time around, but raw and powerful, they are classic Harlots songs that needed to be shared.
2022 saw Harlots gain their newest member Liam Ashleigh on drums to complete our lineup of Luke Schiffer (rhythm guitar/lead guitar), Jasper Kemp-Myers (bass), and Charlotte Jenkins (vocals).
Controlled chaos with a untethered rhythm section that should leave an enjoyable ring in your ears. Harlots meld together smoother motions of country and blues with a hardcore style of classic punk. They are Canberra's first and foremost Cow-Punk band.
The Harlots have toured throughout Australia off their own back as well as supporting notable bands such as: Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, C.O.F.F.I.N, WAAX, Frenzal Rhomb, Hard-Ons, The Meanies, Yours Truly, Pist Idiots, The Dead Love, ARSE, The Neptune Power Federation, Witchskull, Me First And The Gimmie Gimmies, and 2024 gave us the honour of playing alongside American punk legends NOFX on their final australian tour with Aussie punk legends Bodyjar.
