After two eventful years, the alternative rock band from the Ruhr area retreated to the recording studio in spring 2024 to write the new EP, which will be released in September 2024.
The band's sound is characterized by a mixture of melodic and hard guitar riffs and the versatile vocals of singer Kim Wiesweg. The song lyrics are primarily about topics such as dealing with addiction, depression, fears and the failure of relationships.
In January 2022, the band released their debut EP How It Was Supposed To Be. The two singles Fireflies and Leafbirds were released in February and April 2023. The new EP will build on this lyrically and musically, but will also set new accents.
The first single from the EP is called “HELL” and will be released on May 17, 2024.
Chasing Dreams will hit several festival stages in the summer before the release of the album in the fall. There will be more club shows with the new EP.
