Chasing the Light is a Christian alternative band founded in the late-2010s by childhood friends Abe Stephens and Nathaniel DeLeon. After drummer Aaron O’Neil and keyboardist Jonathan Stephens joined, the band quickly gained traction—touring extensively and sharing stages with artists such as Unspoken, Finding Favor, Remedy Drive, and Collington, as well as performing at major Christian music festivals across North America.
Following a 2018-2020 hiatus, Chasing the Light returned with renewed vision, releasing the fan-favorite singles “Now I’m Living” and “The Moment.” In 2023, the band broadened their sound with the LVRDR collaboration “New Sound” and the worship anthem “Washed in the Blood.” With the addition of guitarist Evan Lafountain, they continue to evolve, delivering a run of new singles that fuse passionate lyrics with bold, faith-driven energy.
