Chicago rapper Chefuno exudes confidence and cockiness, approaching minimal trap beats with a variety of powerful flows. Before signing with TFWW Records (The Future Won’t Wait), she worked independently on earlier projects Toxic Emotions and other various singles.
Uno grew up outside of Westside of Chicago, Illinois and gravitated towards producing beats early in life. Shortly after entering middle school uno began producing beats from her laptop at just the age of 14. Chefuno then shifted her focus to pursing an rap career at the age of 15. and began making original songs around 2019. Early singles like “To All The Girls” and “Dead To Me” led to the early 2020 EP Toxic Emotions, The buzz growing around the rapper in the Chicago area led to a recently signing with the TFWW label in 2020. 2021 she dropped lead singles “Go Bestie” , “OK” a fan favorite, And in 2022 she dropped “Coupon” . As of 2022 Chefuno has released her debut album that has amassed over 100,000 streams.
