Chërny Chleb was born out of a natural, intuitive connection with music evolving from album to album. Over time, their sound transitioned through dreamwave, witch house, post-punk, and post-witch, releasing multiple self-produced EPs and LPs.
Apart from Poland, they performed in Russia (Svora rave festival), Georgia (Batumi, Tbilisi). During the COVID-19 pandemic, they performed online on Svora festival.
As the pandemic era came to an end, they relocated to Prague and began actively performing. In 2023, the band expanded their live performances to include improvisations, incorporating new instruments such as modulated flutes, vargan, and the Armenian duduk.
