Cheryl Cerri

I am a singer/songwriter with a 3 1/2 octave voice who studied Opera in Milan, Italy, but I sing in many genres so you will find me all over the place, in Pop, Christian, Opera, Broadway, Country, Singer/Songwriter, Jazz, Blues on the musical platform.

I have recorded 5 CDs including one this past December 2020. I wanted to create something positive to close out the year of the pandemic. My new CD is called CHRISTMAS LEGACY. My CD "Their Voice" with my husband Patrick Foote is to benefit the homeless.

I won the Milan, Italy Operatic Award, the Z103 Singer Songwriter Award in Canada and the Ontario Country Music Award where I won a recording contract to record in Nashville, Tennesee, and the Bud Country Award.

I sang the Canadian & American anthems at the Sky Dome and Air Canada Centre in Toronto. I was asked by my member of Parliament to come to Ottawa, Ontario for the CBC TV broadcast of Canada Day for July 1. I was the opening act and one of the announcers. I also sang one of my original songs We Are The World, at a satellite performance for the Canadian Troops in Afghanistan.

I also performed with the Canadian Opera Company with for Maureen Forrester and was the co owner with my Mom of a Broad Way Musical Theatre.

Being born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, I now reside in Southern Ontario. I hope you love my music. I have written songs for causes, songs of love, Christian songs, country songs and more. Stay tuned for more music. Love, Cheryl xo
