Children of Minerva is a Long Island, NY- based band founded by musician Mick Cantone. Initially in collaboration with Portland, OR-based lyricist Amy Green, Children of Minerva have created music that reflects their ardent passion for psychedelic baroque pop/rock. Since the release of their debut album in 2021, Amy stepped down as lyricist and two new members, multi-instrumentalists (Chris Lewis and Emeeoh) joined and the results were the band's second album "Souvenirs of a Life Recalled" (2022). Upon Chris Lewis's departure in 2022, Mick and Emeeoh have continued as a duo. Their third, as-yet untitled album, will be released in Spring, 2024.
