Chris Clark (John Clark) was born and raised in Miami, Florida where he currently resides. Spinning and producing has been his passion since his college days where he majored in music business. This path lead to many promising leads for Chris such as landing an internship with Miami’s top dance music station that only added more fuel to his fire. For two years he hosted HOMEGROWN on Revolution 93.5; a radio show dedicated to Miami’s underground house music scene. With this, came the opportunity to interview and showcase some of the world’s biggest artists; Laidback Luke, Fedde Le Grand, Claude Vonstroke along with some of Miami’s best local talent.

Using his growing network, Chris helped launch Dark Shades Records with like-minded individuals. “Disco Shit”, his first single on the label, charted on Traxsource within its first week and remains one of his most popular tracks till this day. As of today, Chris has releases on multiple labels including House of Hustle, Brash Beats, Espacio Records along with the addition of Sweets and Treats on the horizon for 2019.

Chris’ DJ career has been just as promising as his producing career. He has had the opportunity to play in multiple venues all over South Florida, leaving his mark in well-known clubs such as Space, Treehouse, Electric Pickle, The National Hotel, Club 50, Epic Hotel, W Hotel Rooftop, Coyo Taco, 1-800 Lucky, McSorley’s, Cash Only, Stash and Celine.
