Chris James is a Welsh singer/songwriter from Cardiff. After touring Europe with a number of British bands he moved to The Netherlands where he is currently living.
Since 2010 Chris teamed up with his current songwriter partner Laurens Reij. Together they have a back catalog of well over a 150 songs which they are slowly releasing on Spotify and other streaming services. Since 2012 they took over the management of Stichting Lakeside Stories, a non-profit platform for singer/songwriters. Under their management Lakeside Stories released a compilation LP on vinyl to add to the previous 2 compilation CDs produced by Feico de Leeuw and Steve Phillips who founded Lakeside Stories. Chris James and Laurens Reij are available for concerts at small intimate venues as well as house concerts.
