Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson has been playing and recording music for over 20 years. His sound is a very distinct and unusual blend of sounds focusing on rock, folk, and blues. He has released seven titles under his own name and four under the name <a href="spotify:artist:4u1uzra3jWq3NNyuCoOOgO" data-name="Fishkill">Fishkill</a>. He was the first to fuse American rock with Finnish folk music in the song &#34;Dodecahedron&#34; featuring <a href="spotify:artist:6lL9oL7ow9vXSKmTq203c9" data-name="Stäni Steinbock">Stäni Steinbock</a> playing the Kantele. He has fused literary fiction with alternative music to create a novel written in music titled <a href="spotify:album:0IZRTAXIutcKP5XxMyesaE" data-name="Story of a Young Couple: A Novel in Music">Story of a Young Couple: A Novel in Music</a>. Bucking convention, he released a mostly instrumental album titled &#34;Don&#39;t Say Anything&#34; Turning his back on the traditional, he has chosen to stay in the backwaters of the Internet and finding listeners who will actually enjoy the music, rather than chase after numbers.
