Contemporary gospel singer Christopher Brinson was born in Niagara Falls, NY and raised in nearby Buffalo; by age seven he was already conducting the adult choir at his father's church, and later formed the Brinson Trio with his brother and sister. In 1990 he founded the Gospel Music Ministries Choir, directing their tours of the U.S. and Europe; upon signing with Malaco, Brinson released What If God Is Unhappy? in 1997. ~ Jason Ankeny, Rovi
