Christos Papadopoulos is a founding member, Bouzouki player and composer for "Ta Paidia ap’ tin Patra", one of the most popular bands of the 80’s and 90’s in Greece.
He has composed popular music and performed with some of the greatest Greek singers.
Meanwhile he has often travelled to Asia, Africa & to Balkan countries and collaborated with local musicians.
He is considered one of the most important Greek, world music composers and a Bouzouki virtuoso.
His discography started 35 years ago and includes more than 30 original releases.
He has performed with great success in numerous famous venues such as Herodium, Hobart Concert Hall, Patagonia Concert Hall, and Thessaloniki Concert Hall as well as in many international world music festivals.
For years he is hosting one of the most influential world music Greek TV shows, titled “Harin Efonias”, where through the years he performed and improvised together with over 120 important Greek & international musicians.
In 1998 he began composing music for Greek TV series and films with great success.
Until today Christos Papadopoulos has composed thirteen soundtracks, many of which reached platinum status in Greece.
