Hailing from Daegu, South Korea, 5-piece rock band Cinnamon Jam are currently at work on their first full-length album, following the successful release of singles '<a href="spotify:track:0i3rxugHH4hw46LmXRwUS8" data-name="After A Long Time">After A Long Time</a>' and 'Sleepless in Sillim-dong (ClubHEAVY Edition)' from compilation album <a href="spotify:album:1YojPpBIaNCHMLBq1k8bWN" data-name="The cronicle of daegu indie music 2023 Light's on">The cronicle of daegu indie music 2023 Light's on</a> in 2023. The band made their first debut in 2022 and honed their craft in the Daegu music scene. A regular favourite at venues like Club HEAVY and Led Zeppelin.
The band combines nostalgic, hazy melodies, scorching brit-rock guitars with a sophisticated songwriting flair and a live show not to be missed. 2025 will continue to be bright for Cinnamon Jam as the newly-established lineup are hard at work.
시나몬잼(Cinnamon Jam)은 “하고 싶은 대로, 할 수 있는 만큼” 때론 빈티지하게, 때론 모던하게, 모두에게 전하고 싶은 이야기를 노래하는 대명동계 5인조 인디 록 밴드입니다. 밴드는 정확하고 단단한 리듬 섹션과 영국 록을 연상시키는 기타 위에, 향수 어리고 아련한 멜로디와 정교한 보컬 하모니를 결합한 음악을 선보입니다.
2022년 말에 결성된 그들은 대구의 클럽헤비와 레드제플린을 중심으로 활발하게 활동하고 있으며, 2023년 싱글 "오래간만에(<a href="spotify:album:6wfZKEEMm2iUcjVpjx6Mfr" data-name="After A Long Time">After A Long Time</a>)"를 발매하고, 대구인디음악연대기 2023 컴필레이션 앨범에 "<a href="spotify:track:6wL5NxMFXLoi5LykVt3cbg" data-name="Sleepless in Sillim-dong - club heavy edition Version">Sleepless in Sillim-dong - club heavy edition Version</a>"을 수록하였습니다. 새로운 기타리스트 Aaron French가 합류하고 "<a href="spotify:album:3RBvZDGTi1XLAgyFclubb7" data-name="어릿광대 / 나루">어릿광대 / 나루</a>"를 발매한 뒤 2024년 3분기를 기점으로 대구의 동성로28 아트스퀘어, 부산의 OL'55, 서울의 클럽FF, 광주의 프렌즈에서의 공연을 성공적으로 마쳤고, 더 많은 지역에서 음악 활동을 전개할 예정입니다.
