After a 7-year hiatus, Cinta Laura Kiehl is finally ready to return to the music industry with her brand new single, Vida. Cinta states that returning to the music industry, “feels rather surreal,” as she never really thought she would. As many people are aware of, Cinta has spent the last eight years of her life living in the United States, spending her first three years studying at the prestigious, Columbia University and later pursuing her career in Hollywood. Over the course of the last decade she has successfully filmed many international movies and become the face of several renowned brands. With all the knowledge and experience she has gained abroad, Cinta finally feels ready to return to the music industry with the desire to showcase something completely different. With a genre not yet commonly explored in Asia, she hopes to bring joy to her listeners. Most importantly, she hopes that her music will empower young women to have the courage to be bold and daring.

Cinta Laura Kiehl, back with her second single Caliente. A special thing about Caliente is the first song that she ever wrote in her life. She then claimed that this is her first track that real, emotional and vulnerable. Caliente is the Spanish language meaning Hot, but however, the Spanish language is context-based. In this song, Caliente describes a toxic, passionate love that is in heat and falling apart, which refers to a metaphor for a burning, deteriorating and painful love.
