Citizen Koi is the brainchild of songwriter and guitarist Hayden Scott. What started as a side-project for his "orphan songs", quickly shifted gears into the electro-pop/chillwave hybrid it is today. A vision realised with a revolving door of producers. As a lifelong cinephile, Hayden is fascinated with the relationship between music and cinema and believes that "a good song should shoot a movie in your mind".
