Citizen Odin is a Danish band led by singer and composer John Odin. The debut album Coward 19 from 2020 is a bedroom project where everything is recorded at home during the corona lockdown. Only mastering is partially done at Abbey Road Studios. The lyrics revolve around all aspects of the covid 19 pandemic.
The Coward 19 led to a record deal wit Lazarus Music Group, who released the concept album OK Boomer! march 2022. The highly acclaimed album has been the commercial breakthrough for the band, and the title track OK Boomer (Radio Edit) reached the #1 spot on several radio charts.
Latest release, Cancelled (2024 remix) has been played on radio stations in 154 different countries. Cancelled has topped the charts in the USA, Australia and England.
