Citizens At Risk is a combination of musical minds with a collaborative vision that changes as worldly events unfold. With founding member/bassist David Rivas, vocalist/lyricist Matheus Sá and guitarist Tilliam SOLO, they aim to bring their fresh indie/sauce/rock sound to the world and beyond. Their tasteful sound morphs as each member trades roles during the songwriting process; by taking control of the process or relinquishing all control and solely serving the song.
