Citra Scholastika (full name: Skolastika Citra Kirana Wulan) is an Indonesian singer and songwriter. She first became widely known as the youngest finalist in Indonesian Idol Season 6 (2010), where she stood out for her jazzy, soulful vocal style.
Her music blends pop, jazz, and soul influences, and she’s often praised for her unique voice color and expressive interpretations. After Indonesian Idol, she released several singles and albums, including Christian/gospel songs as well as mainstream pop tracks.
She’s also active in live performances, both on secular stages and in church or spiritual events, and has been recognized as one of the distinct voices in the Indonesian music scene.
Citra Scholastika, sweet girl born in Yogyakarta, June 5, 1994 is now returning to present her latest single “Tilik Jogja” It tells the story of the longing and anxiety of someone who moved away (a “perantau” or migrant child) who works or lives in a big city, and from the distance misses their hometown (in this case Yogyakarta, “Jogja”) — the place where their dreams first began.
