CJ Blas is an island boy born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. Being introduced to music at an early age, he gravitated towards singing and performing. During his middle school years he would participate in many talent shows and performances. At the age of 12 he started writing music and performing it with his close friends and family. By the age of 14 he was introduced to newer reggae artists and bands and was hooked.
By age 18 he, along with a group of friends, formed the band Love and Hafa Adai and wrote tracks such as ‘Wanted’ and ‘Mary’ among others. Opportunities were given to him and the band, having the opportunity to open up for groups such as The Green and Sublime with Rome.
His style is highly influenced by Reggae, R&B, Pop, and Island music, and can be heard in his current and future releases.
