He is the first-born son of late Rev. Dr. Patty Obassey, one of the Legendary pioneers of Gospel music in the Eastern part of Nigeria. He has a strong music foundation and has been aware of music and actively started music in 2014.
He draws his inspiration from the likes of his father Rev. Patty Obassey, Michael Jackson, James Brown, Ray Charles, Jimmy Hendrix and many more , these influences were not because of their style of music but solely because of the message in their artistry portraying their truth with enormous passion for the art. Jimmy Hendrix influenced him greatly as one of the best guitarists that ever walked the earth.
