Clamence was born in 1996 in Istanbul. His musical life began when he met the piano during his primary school years. After a few years of classical education, he realized that he was not satisfied with the music he played and took a break from music until his university years.
He met with the electronic world of music at university, realized that this was the world he was looking for. At certain times, he began to explore the possibilities of electronic music. Names such as Kiasmos, Max Cooper and Christian Löffler, whom he met at these times, began to shape his music.
Clamence sees music and its production process as a battle to challenge endless possibilities and draw boundaries. He aims to let his listeners to keep the calm but versatile and dynamic rhythm both with feets and mind, with the minimal notes and the combination of these notes with the electronic sounds that he inherited from the period with him and his piano.
