Clarisse A was born in Cholet, in France. But her family and her moved a year later in a small village called La Bazoge, where she spent all of her childhood. At the beginning of her teenage years, she then moved again with her family to the big city next to her village, Le Mans, where she's still living nowadays.
Clarisse A was influenced by a lot of music styles since her childhood, but she mainly listened to English and American songs while growing up. From pop, variety, hip-hop, rap and rock with a heavy phase of pop-rock during her teenage years, she likes to say that she's a music lover, so there isn't any music style she despises. All of her influence can be found now in her music, as she likes to play around with music and create music of different styles.
Clarisse A began to learn music theory at the age of 7. She got her 3 years completion certificate of music theory. Meanwhile during these years, she started to take piano lessons during 4 years. She was also taking dance lesson since the age of 7. At the age of 9, she even began composing a little.
Arriving in middle school, she practiced singing and playing the piano by herself. She also took one year of drama lesson. In 2010, she opened a Youtube channel where she began to post covers of songs she liked and was learning by herself. After getting her Master degree, a teacher career and strong personal issues, it's only in 2021 that she decided to do what she has always wanted to do, that is creating music.
