Venezuelan three-piece rock band Claroscuro was formed in 1992 by local bassist Miguel Delgado, Colombian guitarist <a href="spotify:artist:0b21IORimCicezw1JmKOW7">Carlos Reyes</a>, and Argentinean drummer Javier Weyler. In 1993, the Latin rock threesome recorded a four-track self-titled EP, followed by the release of Claroscuro's first album, El Viaje De Una Vida, released by independent label Cygnus in 1995, getting the video for "Mantarraya," rotated by MTV Latino.
