At 16, Claude Monnet began his journey into DJing, getting his hands on his first turntables. He quickly gained recognition for his groovy and unique DJ sets and honed his skills in the most popular underground clubs in Paris. Considered a pillar and influential figure in the French Touch scene, his music mirrors his personality: spontaneous, energetic, and eclectic. It blends Afro, Soul, Funk, Disco, Chicago House, and Detroit Techno influences. Despite this, it remains uncompromising and non-conformist. With over 30 years of experience, this hardworking and extremely meticulous DJ has traveled extensively, playing in Ibiza, London, Rio, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and more.
As a producer, he creates raw and powerful House tracks and remixes for artists like Mr. V., Cevin Fisher, Murk, Timmy Regisford, and MAW records. He is the head of the SSOH label and the BACK TO FUNDAMENTALS project.
In 2014, his remix of Timmy Regisford's "At the Club" (Tribe Label) stayed at number one in the House charts for several months, earning him a spot in the prestigious TOP 100 Traxsource list of the best HOUSE DJs. Since then, thanks to his numerous productions, always sharp and contemporary, he regularly climbs the charts. His latest releases on Oscar G's "Made in Miami" label or Musumeci and Lehar's "Multinotes" label continue to set dancefloors around the world on fire.
