Clay Fulton & The Lost Forty formed in the spring of 2021 in Rochester, MN . The band started around Clay’s first album, When Trouble Comes which had more of an Americana/ Singer-Songwriter style. After the line up was solidified the group moved into a roots rock format and the rest is history. The bands sophomore album Positive Numbers came out in the late summer of 2022 and was well received locally. They have opened for Charlie Parr, The Big Wu, Yam Haus, Them Coulee Boys and Nur- D to name a few and has lots of exciting things coming in 2023. The lineup is: Clay Fulton on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Carly Hornstine on vocals, Allan Palmer on bass guitar, Mike Bentele on lead guitar, Peter Laack on keyboards and Nick Novotny on drums.
