Clemens David Krauß is a composer for film and media based in Ludwigsburg, Germany.
During his studies in Hanover from 2019 until 2023 he had lessons with Prof. Wolfgang Zill (piano), Claudius Boettger-Albrecht (drums/percussion), on music theory with Prof. Martin Messmer, Prof. Frank Märkel and Prof. Guido Heidloff-Herzig, and on film scoring and orchestration with Prof. Dr. Raphael Thöne.
Since 2016 Krauss started scoring short films. From 2017 to 2021 he worked on the feature film "Nie Wieder" (Never Again, by Lichtspielwerke ), which premiered in cinemas winter 2021.
After his bachelor degree he followed his dreams and started studying filmscoring at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
Since then he worked together with ensembles and orchestras like the Filmorchester Babelsberg, the Holsteinisches Kammerorchester or the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra, which he also conducted.

Together with Lilly Loeffler he wrote <a href="spotify:track:52NeMcYo3zAKnXgRyTS22F" data-name="Do You See the Light">Do You See the Light</a>, a free jazz ballad with innovative melodic and harmonic ideas.
