Clemens Rumpf, a DJ and producer from Hanover, has been deeply embedded in the music scene for over 30 years. With his passion for Deep House, Afro, Latin, Soul, Funk, and Disco, he has made a name for himself, collaborating with renowned labels such as Reelgroove, Delicious Garden, and Warehouse Records. For over a decade, he has also successfully run his own label, Deep Village Records / Deep Village Digital Records.
His DJ career began in 1993 at the first underground Acid House parties in North Thuringia. From 1996 onwards, he worked as a resident DJ alongside Timo Jahns every weekend in his hometown, particularly at the legendary “Club Sputnik,” which later became “Club 2010” at the Old Weavery in Nordhausen. In the following years, Clemens, along with his DJ partner Patrick Börsch, organized the famous “Theater Casino” house parties in Nordhausen. They developed a unique event concept with changing themes, live percussion, and consistently thrilled their audience every month.
Since 2012, Clemens has been a resident DJ at the Space Age Club, also known as Glitzerkeller, in Hanover, and regularly performs at events in and around the city.
